The library also had a large selection of used movies and gently read books for sale.  Please stop by and browse the sale cart.

Visit the library and spend some time relaxing with a book.  Browse through the latest fiction and nonfiction titles to hit our shelves in the last few months.  If you find something which interests you check it out.  To see the newest books available, the Library’s website also lists titles and authors added to our circulation every month.  This listing includes new arrivals for general non-fiction, fiction, selected children's and young adult titles, compact discs (CD's) and books on cassette. You can even use our new online website interface or order a book.  Visit the Library’s website at www.altamontpubliclibrary.com, click on the website interface, fill out the search by title or author, and click on "place request," and enter your library barcode number and password.  We will notify you when the book is ready for you to pick up at the library.
